Sex Discrimination and Sexual Misconduct Complaint Form
Princeton University does not tolerate sex or gender discrimination, including sexual misconduct such as sexual harassment and sexual assault, stalking, and intimate partner violence. These behaviors, as well as any related retaliation, are prohibited under the University’s policy regarding sex discrimination and sexual misconduct, which is section 1.3 of "Rights, Rules, Responsibilities." The University has an obligation to make reasonable efforts to investigate and address complaints or reports of prohibited conduct. There are other reporting options (including filing a criminal complaint) and confidential resources to provide support and help you to determine what steps to take next.
If you wish to make a complaint or report of sex discrimination, sexual misconduct or other behavior prohibited by the policy, please provide the following information. This form will be sent directly to the Title IX coordinator and invokes the University's internal disciplinary process.
